Delete your ERa analytics account
App: ERa analytics
Developer and controller: Artifizio Technology LLC — Wyoming, USA
Contact: soporte@era-analytics.app
You can delete your account and the associated data in either of the two ways below. You do not need to have the app installed to request it.
Option 1 — From the app (immediate)
- Sign in at era-analytics.app, or in the app if you installed it on your phone.
- Go to My Profile (Mi Perfil).
- Tap “Delete my account” («Eliminar mi cuenta») and confirm. If you signed in with email and password, we will ask for your password; if you signed in with Google or Apple there is none to type and confirming is enough.
Deletion is carried out at once and is irreversible. You will receive an email confirming that the account was closed. If your account was linked to Sign in with Apple, we revoke that link with Apple in the same act.
If you have a subscription
Deleting the account cancels your subscription immediately and without a refund of the period already paid or of any remaining credits. The deletion screen warns you before you confirm.
- If you subscribed on the website or on Google Play, we cancel it ourselves in the same act. If for any reason we could not cancel it, we do not delete the account and we tell you, so that billing does not continue with no account holder.
- If you subscribed on the App Store, Apple does not allow us to cancel it for you: cancel it first in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Otherwise Apple will keep charging you even though the account no longer exists. Refunds are decided by Apple.
Option 2 — By email (if you cannot sign in)
If you lost access to your account, write to soporte@era-analytics.app with the subject “Account deletion request”, from the same email address you registered with.
We verify ownership before deleting anything: it is the only way to prevent a third party from requesting the deletion of someone else's account. If you write from another address, we will ask for valid identification. We handle the request within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days.
Delete your data without closing the account
If you do not want to leave but to empty what you have inside, you do not need to delete the account. In My Profile → “Delete my data” («Borrar mis datos») you choose what to delete, and before you confirm the screen tells you how many items there are in each section, so you never sign off blindly on work that cannot be recovered. You can delete:
- Cases and case files — the cases with their deadlines, incidents and suspensions, and the case files with the text read from their folios (the scans were already deleted when read).
- Client portfolio — the clients with their documents, the proposals you made to them and the “My documents” documents.
- My Office (Mi Despacho) — income and expenses. They are deleted, not voided: no crossed-out entry remains.
- Calendar and your own courts — the court business days you marked and the courts you added yourself. The general catalogue is not touched.
- Teams and sharing — dissolves the teams you lead, removes you from other teams and cuts what you shared and what was shared with you.
- Notices — the notifications of upcoming deadlines. Your notification preferences are kept.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible, like account deletion, and your user and credentials remain intact. If you prefer to request it by email, write to soporte@era-analytics.app with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the same address you registered with.
What is deleted
- Your user and your sign-in credentials.
- Your cases, milestones and computed deadlines.
- Your digitized case files, portfolio documents and “My documents” documents, including the stored files.
- Your portfolio clients, proposals and quotes.
- Your notifications, pending invitations and team memberships.
- The income and expenses recorded in the “My Office” module.
- The devices registered to receive notifications, which stop receiving them immediately.
- The link with Sign in with Apple and the credential we kept for the sole purpose of revoking it.
- Your subscription, which is cancelled without a refund (see above).
What may be kept, and why
- Cases shared with a team in which other lawyers share responsibility. Unilaterally deleting the file of a case handled by several people would leave your colleagues without their own work. If you led a team, leadership passes to the longest-standing accepted collaborator together with those cases and clients; if there is no one to pass it to, the team is dissolved with you.
- Minimum records that the law requires to be kept for limited periods, for accounting or evidentiary reasons, duly justified and documented internally.
- Your email address on the unsubscribe list, if you asked to receive no more communications. It is what prevents a later registration from writing to you again: keeping it is how the unsubscription is honoured.
- The record of the emails we sent you —to whom, with what subject and when—, unlinked from your account. It serves to evidence what was sent and to handle claims.
- An irreversible fingerprint of your email and the trial credits you used, so that the free trial is not repeated. Your address cannot be recovered from that fingerprint.
- The integrity checks of your phone. If you used an iPhone, the flag Apple keeps on its server associated with the device (DeviceCheck) is not erased.
- Your name on the court business days you marked in a shared calendar, because it is part of the other members' work; and reports others made about you, unlinked from your account.
The full details are in the Privacy Policy, sections 9 and 14.
